The Introductory Question

So here I am, looking around and wondering what everyone else is up to. I can see constant attempts of rebellion and carnage happening around. I see people quarreling with each other on very versatile issues, ranging from politics to social values. What is this all about? What caused me to come out of my comfort zone and try to reach out to the world? Searching for an answer to....what exactly does my being here imply?

First, I'll walk you through what inspired me to start writing and create a blog for myself. It’s been a while since I started discussing my own ideas with people and tried to absorb what others told me regarding stuff. After a certain point, I learnt that I cannot impose my thoughts and ideals onto others neither can they do so. So I ventured to look for a place where I could write down whatever I want in whatever fashion I deemed it to be suitable. I tried looking for a portal where I can jot down the things that come in my mind and share it with the people around me.  This would serve as the outlet to the grey matter residing within me. After much contemplation, I came to the conclusion that writing a blog would be most suitable as with it I could achieve both my aims.

After explaining why I wanted to write a blog, let me tell you what I would write about in here. Generally, it would cover everything that catches the attention of my prying eyes and forces me to ponder and reflect my views on it. These can range from political to social to everyday issues. Some days I would be writing about how and why citizens of a country fire at each other, while others I would talk about how political leaders are able to enhance each other’s reputation by talking at length about the other’s way of living. Don’t worry; this place is not going to be defined as a political forum, as politics is not the issue at hand. I would write on contemporary issues which have forced people to be in conflict and the channels to display red barcodes all over their interface. But I would restrict myself to writing on only those issues for which I have formed a definitive stance and have ample reason to support it. Other days, I would be writing on everyday stuff like books, movies etc. If I don’t have anything to write on, this blog would serve as a journal/diary for me.

I hope by now you would have formed a decent idea of what this blog is going to be about. I humbly request all the readers to present their views as well on whatever I’m writing. I am not a saint and the things that I write will solely be my personal opinions. I cannot openly accept any other person’s ideals nor can I, by any means, expect others to embrace my views completely. This would also serve to improve my thinking and writing skills, as I believe that acting on the advice offered by you would serve some good for me in future (read: improvisation).
